Can I have my username and password please?
Most data is comprimised when a person tries to access it from another PC or infected device. That device might be infected with a keylogger or redirect you to a “Website” pretending to be the real one. So if you do not have your username and password how can you give it to hackers? We will never ask for your username and password as only we know it.
How do you know it is me?
When we setup your software we will ask a set of questions only you would know the answers to. We will also store your up to date phone numbers so we can contact you and only you.
How do I pay?
We give you our bank details and you transfer the required amount from your bank account. We just give you a reference number so we know which backup has been paid. This way we do not hold any banking details from you.
